What is your return policy?/How long dose shipping take?
sadly since I am only running off depop and doing this all myself. There will be no returns and refunds unless I see otherwise I'm a very fair person so just message me if you are not happy. You as the customer have every right.
once you purchase it's up to you to message me{If you don't that's fine just please check your receipts for your tracking number.} 3/5 days before I send out. Usa shipping only.
How do I care for heat transfer items?
Items that are heat transferred need to be flipped inside out washed on a delicate setting. COLDWATER WASH ONLY. Do not throw in the dryer. Air dry. I'm trying my best to send items with this materiel the wax paper to use just in case the transfer peels off. Directions on what to do will also be included.
How do I wash and care for my items with iron-on patches?
Panties&Bra's with cotton patches need to be flipped inside out Do not put in the dryer wash with cold water on delicate setting.
